We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had and for any inconvenience caused. We would like to request that you provide a log of the BSOD situation on your computer for our technical department to analyze in detail.

There are two files with error codes in total, and we will provide you with an operation method in the following text.Event log collection method

 

1、 After the machine is turned on, it remains idle for 15 minutes.

2、 Access the following path and copy the entire folder (C: \ Windows \ System32 \ winevt \ Logs)

3、 Compress the Logs folder and rename it according to the model and problem symptoms (e.g. Logs_Model_SBlue Screen. zip)

4、 Share the compressed file and send it to our contact person.

Dump file settings

 

1. Win+X+Y to open the Windows settings system information page

2. Click on "Advanced System Settings"

3. Click on "Start and Fault Recovery" ->"Settings"

4. Uncheck "Auto restart"

5. Change "Write debugging information" to "Full memory dump" and confirm

Dump file collection method

 

1. Open C: \ Windows \ Minidump and copy the minidump file from the folder

2. Open C: \ Windows and copy memory.dmp from the folder

3. Compress and package the memory.dmp file, and rename it based on the model number and the issues that occurred during the testing. (For example: memory_madel. zip)
